个人简介

马东娜,理学博士,徐州工程学院食品与生物工程学院讲师。主要从事酿造微生物组学与生物信息学研究,聚焦多组学大数据挖掘,解析酿造微生物代谢机制与功能基因调控规律,探索其在特色农产品精深加工、食品发酵等领域的高值化应用。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研计划青年基金项目、校企合作项目3项。在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Journal of Food Composition and Analysis、Food Chemistry、Food Science and Human Wellness等期刊发表论文50余篇,担任BMC Genomics编委。
